A new global listings website, goodmovemate.com, has launched.

The global property portal has one twist – it’s free to list, but should agents receive a lead that turns into a sale they’ll have to pay a “small fee” of 177 Euros.

The site is selling itself as a “free listing service for everyone in the world” and says it “provides free leads to all Estate Agencies”.

The site is currently not particularly populated with listings as yet, but is encouraging all estate agencies to register their contact details for their area, so that leads can be sent to them directly. There are no limits on lead numbers or property listing numbers, and every property is advertised nationally and globally.

While the site will accept developer and private seller listings, it does actively encourage sellers to engage an estate agent.

The website is linked to gateway domains in Africa, Asia, Australasia, Europe, North America and South America such as russiaproperty.net, denmarkproperty.net, dutchproperty.com and ukhouse.net.
